This is my second blog and it’s taken me over a half an hour to get here. i swear this thing knows it’s me and decides to revolt to piss me off. This blog thing is really hard to get used to. I’ve never considered myself much of a computer person, but i really am going to try to make a go of this.

Anyway, something really good happened this week. Our friend, Leslie, who is a stained glass artist, is opening her own art gallery next month( www.northstreetstainedglass.com) and in addition to featuring her own work she will also feature local artists as monthly guests. She wants me to do a show!!!!! I am so excited. I am going there tomorrow to look at the space. I used to show my art quilts at a coffee shop downtown and had good luck doing that–sold a few pieces and got some commission work as well. i would love for that to happen again. I am hoping this will be a little break for me!
